President’s Christmas Message by Geno Caccia, James Caccia Plumbing, Inc.

A Christmas Message from our President, Geno Caccia, James Caccia Plumbing, Inc.

To our PHCC family,

I am privileged to serve as your President, and part of the commitment in this role is the opportunity to connect with the PHCC of California membership.  I’ve recently finished a round of holiday party visits for a handful of our PHCC chapters, and am revitalized by the passion our chapter members have for their businesses and their families.  Across the state, I witnessed plumbing-heating-cooling contractors that are lifelong friends, sharing Christmas cheer and vibrant holiday celebration.  It occurred to me, that without PHCC we would only be competitors, looking out for our own interests.  Thanks to our organization, I see I see successful happy people that are committed to giving, sharing with their community and am proud to serve such a great group.

As we celebrate this time of year, we cherish the blessings of our families.  Many are not so fortunate.  PHCC of California continues to promote the Copper for Kids Program statewide, that children in the foster care system may find a forever home. In our EVP report, you’ll see the results of our Copper for Kids ‘Home for the Holiday’ challenge, where PHCC members across the state give generously of the proceeds of their scrap copper.  As a multi-generation family owned business, Caccia Plumbing recently received the ‘Giving Back’ award from Cal Insurance in San Francisco.  We were pleased to donate our $500 honorarium, along with our regular donations to support Copper for Kids, and I encourage our membership to join me in this important initiative.

I’ve also seen the results of generous toy drives for children, and selfless sacrifice from our members to help our veterans.  I am proud to be part of an organization that has these programs and that PHCC members will always help our fellow man when called to do so.  None of this would be possible without your individual support, and on behalf of PHCC of California and our talented and dedicated board of directors and staff, I thank you.  Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year.

Geno Caccia, President.
