CEO@caphcc.org News for PHCC Members - All, PHCC GSA Training Facility News, Training & Education

  • January was a busy month for our students with the 2nd Session now in effect. We had Tool Demos with Rothenburger Tools for the 3rd Year Students. Along with Uponor & CSST trainings provided by Jim Casey with Osborne and Marty with Kincaide trained the students on Ward Flex. Matt McGuire with Rinnai Water Heaters hosted a repair training class that was also open to the public on 1/28.
  • February’s 1st Year Students were able to attend Ferguson’s tabletop where they were greeted with lunch and vendors to discuss their products. This class also had a blast learning CPR, First Aid and AHA Heart Saver with the On Scene vent Medical Services.
  • The Training Facility’s T-Shirt fundraiser was a success and shirts are being made now! These shirts are great marketing for both the sponsors and the training facility. All current and new students for years to come will receive these shirts. Thank you to our Sponsors: Lubrizol, Milwaukee Tools, Mark-Three Construction, Lenox, Emergency Restoration Services, Rinnai Water Heaters and Ferguson.
  • Events: PHCC GSA Training Facility is attending an Apprenticeship Faire at the Yuba 1-Stop Workforce at 1114 Yuba St in Marysville. We will be hosting a tabletop at Heieck Supply’s Countertop Show on Friday 2/20 from 10-2 at 6100 Warehouse Way in Sacramento.
