Sacramento-The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling-Contractors (PHCC) of California is proud to announce Patrick Wallner has been elected PHCC National Vice President at the CONNECT Convention in New Orleans, LA on October 10, 2014.  Owner of Wallner Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning in Redding, CA  and a PHCC of California (CAPHCC) member since 1991, Wallner served as Zone 4 Director for the National Association 2006-2008.  Wallner is a past President of PHCC of California, and has won numerous prestigious awards including the 2001 CAPHCC Contractor of the Year Award, and the 2013 & 2014 PHCC of California Presidents Award for service above and beyond the call of duty to the state PHCC organization.

Wallner also serves his community as a Planning Commissioner for the Shasta County Planning Commission, Board Member of the Shasta District Fair since 2001 and a Past Chairman of the Greater Redding Chamber of Commerce (GRCC) and Past Chair of the Government Relations Committee for the GRCC.  Wallner lives in Redding, CA.
