The PHCC of California is pleased to announce that PHCC of San Diego’s Executive Director, Taylor Restaino has given birth to a beautiful baby girl! Mackenzie was born on July 29th at 08:34 PM and weighed in at 7 lbs, 11 oz and 19″ long. Did we mention that she’s GORGEOUS????
