PHCC of California thanks Jim Taylor of Globe Plumbing Supply in Oakland, for the generous gift of toys and gift cards for 6 children from the Copper for Kids Holiday Gift Drive. Foster children are especially sensitive at this time of year, being separated from forever homes and placed in the foster care system, and the gifts received go a long way towards making their spirits brighter.
Jim says, ‘Christmas has always been such a special time for me, and to have the opportunity to help make it special for others is a big part of that. It is my hope and belief that the care and kindness we give in turn nurtures those feelings in those we share with. I thank you and the PHCC for providing the opportunity to do so.’
