Assembly Bill 1825 requires employers with over 50 employees to provide sexual harassment training to supervisory employees every two years.  However, sexual harassment and diversity issues can spring up at any company of any size, and can be a huge liability for all employers.

PHCC of California offers Sexual Harassment & Diversity Training, as a PHCC state member benefit to ALL PHCC Member Contractors for the cost of travel of trainer ONLY.

Companies such as James Caccia Plumbing, Inc & George Salet Plumbing, Inc. of PHCC of San Francisco & San Mateo Counties and Roman’s Plumbing, Inc. of PHCC of the Redwood Empire have taken advantage of their CAPHCC member benefit and found this training to be highly beneficial for supervisory staff and employees alike.  Eleni Scanagatta, Co-Owner of Roman’s Plumbing, Inc. writes, ‘Thank you again for yesterday! What a fabulous time we all had!  Thank  you for your organization, dedication, your pre-planning — everything was done to perfection!’
